Self-hosted by default. Your data lives where you place it; we do not take a secondary copy as the operating model.

We onboard, then step back
Pilot partnerships are hands-on while you settle in, then we step back. Support remains a relationship with the people who build the product — not a ticket queue alone.

We decline when fit is wrong
Not every problem is software-shaped. Sometimes the right answer is the tool you already run. We will say so.
