Pilot partnerships
We take on a small number of organisations at a time so each pilot gets real attention. Scope and duration are clear from the start; pricing is private because every engagement is scoped to the problem — not because we want to be difficult. Knowledge-service teams get a written offer letter. Enterprise and regulated verticals (including operations planning) are scoped separately. We are happy to talk.
What a pilot covers
Concrete deliverables on paper from day one — so both sides know what success looks like.
Seeded workspace
Trainer- or firm-shaped seed — client places, one process, one course or site path, sample data.
One process live
Human-and-agent process configured and run on seed data or yours.
One course or site live
A published business output — training artefact or web presence.
Governed agent path
Session grant, Ask write path (in-product AI under policy), optional MCP recipe for bring-your-agent demos.
Workshop hours and check-ins
Agreed workshop budget and weekly check-ins for about three months — enough to land, not an open ticket forever.
Room for few partners
A handful of active pilots at a time. That is how we keep delivery sharp and relationships real.
Subscription if it fits
If the pilot works, the room stays open: hosted subscription is quoted privately. First months may credit part of the pilot fee when you continue. If you stop, you keep export and ownership of your files. Self-host and regulated verticals are separate conversations.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us who you train, advise, or operate with. We will be honest about fit — and glad to hear from you either way.
